Introduction

Mossyrock Assembly of God is pleased to provide Blessings Thrift Store to serve our community. Your purchases and support help meet the needs of those who are facing difficult living situations.

Some of the areas benefiting from thrift store profits include: clothing for low-income children, assistance for retired missionaries, food for low-income families, financial assistance for low-income widows and senior citizens, camp scholarships for children of low-income families, help with other local non-profits such as the Mossyrock After School Program, members of the Mossyrock Viking Band and Choir, and more.

Business Hours are Thursday through Saturday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Donations

We accept: books, clothing (clean and in good condition), small furniture, home decor products, jewelry, seasonal decorating items, small household appliances, tools, and toys. Call the store for details during business hours at (360) 983-3247.

We are unable to accept: computer items, older cribs or carseats, console TVs, stereos, large furniture or waterbeds.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you enjoy working with people, organizing displays, or have experience in retail, we have a place for you! Currently we are offeing a thank you to our volunteers of $1 in store credit for each hour you work. You are free to spend your "Blessings Bucks" on anything you wish, or to donate them to any person or organization you choose. We appreciate and rely on our volunteers. Thank you!

    Dr. Dan Sheaffer, the former pastor of Crossroads Cathedral (AG) in Oklahoma City, known for effectively raising millions for AG missions and AG higher education, passed away Thursday.

  • Fisherman back on feet, thanks to Convoy, MAPS

    Jimmy Morgan, an oyster fisherman from Louisiana, had his house and boat destroyed by Katrina in 2005. Hundreds of church groups, MAPS teams, Convoy of Hope teams and volunteers headed to the region to help families like the Morgans get back on their feet.

    Experts are predicting that India will become the most populous country in the world as soon as 2020 — the India Assemblies of God plans to have 25,000 new churches planted by the same date.

  • Dick Gruber honored for work by "Children's Ministry Magazine"

    Dick Gruber, Valley Forge professor and former Children's Ministries consultant for the Assemblies of God, was recognized as one of the top 20 influencers in children's ministry in the September/October issue of Children's Ministry Magazine.

  • Three-time AG college president passes

    Klaude Kendrick, who served as president of three different Assemblies of God institutions of higher education, passed away Saturday. He was 93.
